A leading global investment firm is looking for an experienced Talent Advisor with finance experience to manage the full recruitment cycle. Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, create job descriptions, and develop candidate profiles. Prioritize recruitment efforts aligned with company goals.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Use various channels to source candidates, screen CVs, and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination & Support: Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Maintain clear, positive, and transparent communication with candidates throughout the process, handling inquiries and providing feedback.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and use data to improve processes.
  • Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in finance or fast-paced environments. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet deadlines. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality.
