Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team based at Tauranga Hospital. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 80 hours per fortnight.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is interested in Recruitment, HR Administration and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role will support the team through effective administration/coordination of customer and client contact points. This is a vital role in the recruitment process and will assist with the development and processing of support documentation.

Additional Core Duties

  • Manage the Recruitment and Career inboxes, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and ensuring that messages are passed to the relevant parties
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Advisors with general administrative duties
  • Set up and coordination of interviews (supporting the hiring manager and candidate)
  • Data input and invoice management
  • Assist with the uploading of advertisements and candidates when required
  • Support the Recruitment Team Lead

About You

The responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to ensure fast, efficient and effective administration support/coordination is given to the talent acquisition advisors, hiring managers and candidates. To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

  • Prior experience as an administrator/coordinator in a recruitment function
  • A proven ability to prioritise and operate at speed and with an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage competing demands and maintain focus on priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner – excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across the business at all levels, including senior leadership
