Our talented people work as a team to make this happen. They’re experts in their field, always exploring new ways to improve the quality of our clients’ lives - with a range of innovative hearing solutions delivering the best possible outcomes.

As part of Sonova, which has more than 18,000 committed employees in over 100 countries, all of whom contribute to something greater than themselves – they transform lives. Join our mission and become part of our team!

About the role:

Our People Team are looking for a well-rounded, collaborative and solutions orientated talent acquisition partner. This is no ordinary transactional recruitment gig, you will have full license to own the talent acquisition process and end to end recruitment for clinician and non-clinician roles.

You’ll partner closely with our HR and Marketing teams to ensure our employee value proposition is front and centre — sharing our story in a way that attracts exceptional people from both New Zealand and around the world. You’ll also play a key role in evolving how we attract, engage, and nurture clinician talent through a thoughtful and forward-looking recruitment approach built on strong pipelines and campaigns.

About you:

With a passion for building long-term relationships and strong leadership capability in your area of specialty, you’ll bring proven success using creative recruitment and sourcing approaches to fill niche roles — and you won’t be deterred by longer times to hire.

You’re known for being hands-on and detail-oriented — someone who takes ownership of every part of the recruitment process, from crafting contracts to managing your own admin, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike.

Ideally, you’ll have worked in an internal recruitment environment, where you’ve developed a deep understanding of partnering across teams, balancing priorities, and delivering both the strategic and day-to-day aspects of recruitment.

Perks for you:

Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant and innovative community dedicated to changing hearing for good. At Triton Hearing we believe in fostering an environment that nurtures both personal and professional growth.

  • Hybrid Working (anchor days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays in office)
  • Triton Perks – exclusive discounts to over 80 retailers and service providers
  • A friendly and social office environment with shared lunches, monthly lunches (we love to celebrate with food!), generous recognition and social budgets to celebrate and look after our social and overall wellbeing
  • Free, easy access office parking.
