• At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment such as recruitment, administration or sales
• Experience using the full Microsoft suite & be computer savvy
• The ability to multi-task effectively and pivot to support volume recruitment drives when necessary
• An understanding of DE&I and cultural competencies
• Previous hospitality, tourism or retail industry experience would be an advantage

• Full end-to-end recruitment including manager meetings, taking job briefs, advertising, screening & references while constantly looking for ways to improve processes for your stakeholders
• Creating job ads and developing innovative sourcing strategies
• Contributing to impactful projects that improve our processes and support our diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Partnering with key stakeholders and using data-driven insights to drive better outcomes
