A local government organization in Canterbury is seeking motivated Swim School Instructors to join their dedicated team at the Selwyn Aquatic Centre. In this rewarding role, you will plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons, ensuring participants develop vital water safety skills. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, and are available for weekday and weekend shifts. A swim teaching qualification and a love for water are essential. Our community loves to swim, and we work with preschool- and school-aged children, youth, and adults during weekday mornings, afternoons, and weekend mornings. This is an active and rewarding role where you will contribute to our community by helping learners develop essential life skills.
The following shifts are available on a permanent part-time basis. Extra hours may be available to cover leave or additional classes.
