About the role

The Surgical Services Team Leader will manage a group of employees who perform administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • be responsible for the day-to-day coordinated direction, assignment and organisation of clinical bookings for Surgical Services and distribute booking administrator duties
  • be responsible for the day-to-day coordinated direction, assignment and organisation of administrative support services for clinical staff
  • be a point of contact for management and associated teams to provide optimal service
  • plan, implement, and staff effectively
  • provide technical support and training to administration team members to best practice standards
  • hold a delegated budget for office equipment and authorise expenses
