Job summary

Hawksbury Community Living Trust in Christchurch, NZ is seeking a compassionate Support Staff member to join our residential team in Wigram. The role supports people with learning disabilities in a safe, home‑like environment, combining practical tasks with meaningful connections.

Hours are full-time (74 hours per fortnight) with pay rate $25.08–$30.43 per hour, based on qualifications. You will contribute to person-centred care, build relationships, and work under strong leadership and clinical

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker / Caregiver / Healthcare Assistant in NZ.
• NZ Health & Wellbeing Certificate Level 2 or higher.

• Supporting daily routines including shopping, meal preparation, household tasks
