You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.

  • Comprehensive paid training to set you up for success
  • Flexible hours We’ll do our best to align your schedule with the needs of the people we support
  • Weekend shifts available (+$1.00 extra per hour)
  • Paid travel time and mileage -When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly - including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.
