The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

Looking for a role that offers some great perks? How about a job where you get a meal provided during your awake night shift? We also provide you with 2 wellbeing days annually and extra employer contribution to KiwiSaver. Join our team and support 6 tangata whai ora within a housing and recovery service. Responsibilities include supporting tangata whai ora to live their best lives; this could involve tasks like assisting with meal preparation and cleaning up. It's all about making a positive difference in their lives while you enjoy the night-time schedule.

You will be reporting to the Team Coach.

Shift Available:

Tuesday - Saturday 1:00pm - 9:30pm

You | Mōu
  • Hold a current full driver's licence
  • Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
  • Applicants must hold the Level 4, New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or currently working towards it. Alternatively, you will commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with Pathways. This needs to be completed within two years of commencement.
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti Waitangi
