Job description

The a2 Milk Company, driven by science and a pioneering spirit, disrupted the dairy and infant milk formula industry. Our vision is to create an A1-free world where dairy nourishes all people and our planet.

The a2 Milk Company seeks to achieve this through the naturally occurring a2 Milk difference and by bringing a more sustainable approach to dairy.

More about the role

At The a2 Milk Company, we’re more than a dairy business — we’re a global movement pioneering the future of dairy for good. We are now seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Project Manager to lead a wide range of cross-functional projects that are critical to our commercial success and operational evolution.

Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, this is a key role where you will manage and deliver complex projects across new product development, supply chain optimisation, and business improvement initiatives – ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and a culture of delivery excellence.

More specifically you will be involved in:

  • Shape and drive end-to-end supply chain and operational projects
  • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines and resource requirements
  • Lead the vision of the project across cross-functional team to ensure successful outcomes of projects
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and deliverables while managing budgets across the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders and third-party manufacturers
  • Collaborate with the New Product Development team, marketing, production, manufacturing and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project activities
  • Contribute to exciting product launches and continuous improvement across our global supply chain

More about You

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your experience managing complex supply chain projects and join a growing global business. We are looking for;

  • 5 + years of proven project management experience within FMCG or supply chain environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Project Management qualifications across methodologies would be highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to influence, problem-solve and effectively address project related issues.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure effective internal and external stakeholder interactions
  • Deep understanding of project management tools and stakeholder communication
  • Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Power BI, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

This is your opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation where your expertise and ideas will truly make an impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love the challenge of driving supply chain transformation, we’d love to hear from you.

We are committed to improving our team members work life wellbeing with leading policies and practices on flexible work, parental leave, family care and family wellbeing. By improving our team members work life balance, our family-friendly culture aims to support our team members workforce participation, career development and mental health and wellbeing.
