About the role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and supply planning. You’ll ensure the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers, while driving continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and service levels. You will lead and mentor our warehouse and inventory team, and logistics partners to meet operational goals, ensure timely delivery, and support the company\'s growth objectives.

High-level, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage logistics, warehousing, and inventory functions
  • Engage proactively with internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee supply planning, purchasing and logistics of raw materials and finished goods
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements

This is a full-time role based at our Roastery – The Roastery at Twenty Three, Allens Road, East Tamaki, working 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday).

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can balance both the strategic and hands-on nature of the role. With a proven leadership mindset (or experience) and a track record of driving results through stakeholder collaboration in large-scale manufacturing or complex FMCG operations is highly regarded. A strong communicator with people leadership skills, who can drive operational excellence in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

This role could work for someone who has Supervisory or Team Lead experience, looking for a step up, or you are in a supply chain management role, wanting to work in a large complex environment.

Your Profile
  • 5+ years’ experience in an operations environment with a focus on logistics, inventory, purchasing and warehousing
  • Technical knowledge of warehousing and logistics best practices
  • Strong grasp of supply chain systems and processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with strong stakeholder management
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams, freight companies and 3PL\'s
  • Background in manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded
  • Experience with JDE (E1) and TFO certification is highly regarded but not essential
  • Driven by a can-do attitude and a hands-on leadership style
  • You’re known for your resilience, attention to detail, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • You challenge constructively, drive innovation, and constantly seek smarter ways of working
