Are you a data-driven Business Analyst with a background in supply chain and FMCG? Looking to join a global business that’s growing fast and investing in smart, sustainable, and connected supply chain systems?

We’re searching for a talented Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our high-performing team in Auckland. Reporting to the Head of Group Business Operations you will be a part of a team focused on driving operational excellence and efficiencies across the supply chain. With touchpoints across the whole organisation you will see your efforts translated into improvements across the S&OP processes. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a range of innovative BAU and transformation projects while collaborating across our supply chain function globally.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive insights to support Sales & Operational Planning effectiveness. Improve data visibility to provide data-driven insights, recommend process improvements and optimize S&OP systems and processes
  • Analyse and optimise supply chain data, reporting and process visibility. Showcase your proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) to build dashboards and drive data management efficiencies.
  • Support Oracle ERP and EDI integration with suppliers and third-party manufacturers
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve performance and identify cost-saving opportunities by bringing your exceptional experience in supply chain, and sales and operational planning development environments.
  • Create dashboards and scenario models to assess impacts of change across the supply chain. Maintain data quality within the Supply Chain team, and develop data sets and reports to provide end to end visibility from raw materials to finished goods delivery.

More about You:

  • You will have 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an FMCG or complex supply chain environment
  • Strong data skills with Power BI, SQL, Tableau and advanced Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud or SAP preferred)
  • A knack for storytelling with data and influencing stakeholders at all levels and a passion for identifying improvements through data analytics
  • Experience working on S&OP or supply chain optimisation projects
