Fulton Hogan is seeking a Senior Supervisor for a Timaru Port project, leading structural works and coordinating a site crew. You will plan reinforced concrete, precast and structural steel for civil structures, while ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery across a busy Timaru site.
You will mentor the crew, build client‑focused relationships and help grow teams for future major projects across New Zealand, with opportunities to work on diverse infrastructure assets.
We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our Civil South construction team based in Timaru.
Our other work specialises in infrastructure construction with a strong focus on reinforced concrete. Our current projects span a wide range, including bridges, wharves, water treatment plants, storage tanks, and pipelines.
This is a senior site-based role where you’ll take the lead on on a Timaru Port based project, delivering civil and structural work. Working side‑by‑side with a tight‑knit team, subcontractors and clients. Day to day, you’ll balance planning and coordination with being hands‑on when it counts, making sure we deliver safely, on programme and to spec.
You’ll also help build and grow a strong crew culture, with opportunities to step into other major projects around New Zealand.
