• Proven experience as a supervisor in hospitality or QSR.
• Leadership focused on coaching and developing others.
• Resilient and able to lead through busy periods.
• Friendly, customer-focused mindset and rapport building.
• Able to plan multiple priorities and coordinate moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead the new restaurant brand opening in NZ.
• Supervise daily operations and support management.
• Coach and develop team members for peak performance.

• Proven experience as a supervisor. We need someone who thrives in the dynamic world of operations especially within the QSR or hospitality industry.
• Your leadership style is all about coaching and developing others. You’ll bring out the best in your team, helping them reach their full potential and perform exceptionally.
• No challenge is too big, and no task is too daunting. When the going gets tough, you’ll power through, leading your team with extraordinary resilience.
• Your genuine love for customers will shine through in everything you do.
• Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities, where you will be involved in coordinating numerous moving pieces.
• You’ll be skillful, adaptable and adept at building rapport with different individuals, using persuasive communication to align everyone towards shared objectives.
