Job summary

New World Glenview is a busy, community-focused supermarket dedicated to providing high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We are seeking Casual Team Members to support Deli, Online, and Checkout operations in-store, in Hamilton, New Zealand.

You will join a friendly team, follow departmental processes, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for customers. Permanent hours and opportunities for growth are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy retail environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform lifting tasks when required.
• Previous supermarket or retail experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and merchandising of products.
• Operate checkout and online systems as required.
