Job summary

Mitre 10 Wainuiomata is looking for Team Members who are customer obsessed, with a passion for helping shoppers, learning about products, and keeping stock neat and appealing.

Three 8-hour shifts per week with rosters: Thursday–Friday–Saturday or Sunday–Monday–Tuesday. Shifts run 7:30am–6:00pm Mon-Fri and 8:00am–5:00pm Sat/Sun. Availability through December 2026 and January 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and stock handling.
• Physically able for manual handling, standing, ladder use and lifting.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Availability through December 2026 and January 2027 as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Provide epic customer service to every customer, every time.
• Learn about department products and assist with stock management.
• Assist with keeping shelves full and tidy.
• Participate in group interview if shortlisted.
