You'll operate modern tractors and assist in various farming tasks while gaining practical experience in commercial production. Are you passionate about agriculture and seeking an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the field? Pioneer brand products are currently seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our Seed Maize Production operations in Gisborne for the summer season.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating modern John Deere tractors equipped with Trimble GPS guidance systems
• Supporting the male delay planting programme
• Operating field production equipment including detasslers and male removers
• Assisting with other aspects of field production as required

What We’re Looking For

• A full and current New Zealand driver’s license (required)
• Experience operating agricultural machinery or tractors (preferred)
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills, and safety awareness
• Attention to detail
