We continue to build on our successes in the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi and local authority bridge management space. We're responsible for a range of assets across the wider Northland region, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls and river protection structures.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineering Technician to join our Whangārei Civil Structures team and support the delivery of a diverse range of infrastructure projects, including:
In this role, you'll help deliver projects through construction monitoring, contract administration, procurement support, asset inspections, and technical documentation.
You will work alongside experienced bridge and structural engineers, contractors and clients to deliver practical solutions that improve the resilience, safety and performance of Northland's transport infrastructure.
A strong commitment to health, safety and risk management will be essential as you support project delivery across active construction sites and critical infrastructure assets.

The role is full-time and permanent, with minimum guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week.
