Job summary

Archway Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join a kiwi-owned engineering consultancy in Auckland. The role combines hands-on design work with support for project delivery across multidisciplinary teams on greenfield and seismic projects.

You will work with experienced engineers to develop technical capability, contribute to practical design solutions, and advance from concept through to completion on infrastructure and energy projects in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Solid design experience in heavy engineering or power-related projects.
• Desire to develop technical and project delivery skills.
• Civil/structural engineering background with NZ practice desirable.

The job on offer?

We’re looking for an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join a collaborative and technically strong team. This role offers a mix of hands-on design work and the opportunity to support project delivery across multidisciplinary teams. Projects are newbuild design (greenfield sites), extension work to existing buildings and seismic strengthening. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers while building your project exposure and specialist capability.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a civil/structural engineer with solid design experience of heavy engineering or power related projects and a desire to continue developing your technical and project delivery skills.
