Job description

Pickers – Seasonal Fixed Term (October/November)We are looking for local reliable pickers on a fixed term through October/November. This position is 5-6 days per week with early morning starts 6am to 11am and includes some weekend days. Remuneration is paid on contract (piece rates) per kg. We are based in the Matakana area, 1.5 hours north of Auckland.You will need the following attributes:

• The ability to bend and lift whilst working
• Good level of physical fitness
• Flexibility in working hours around the harvest
• Ability to understand instruction and learn techniques quickly
• Good strong work ethics and the ability to work quickly
• The endurance to work outside in all weather conditions
• Be punctual, on time and attend all rostered days of work
