Our Palmy-based client’s Global Strategy Team works across regions and global departments to drive growth and performance, and they’re looking for a sharp, reliable Strategy Team Assistant to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of sprint plans
  • Capture meeting notes
  • Prepare presentations
  • Support reporting that reaches global leads and Boards
  • Spot red flags, inconsistencies, or potential issues in reporting or processes and resolve them before they reach leaders, ensuring decisions are based on accurate, reliable information
  • Help maintain process documentation, create dashboards, support innovation initiatives, and assist in monthly reporting to keep the team organised and efficient
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in administration within a corporate setting
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
  • Professional, well-presented approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
  • Willingness to navigate a high-standard corporate environment
