Job summary

TVNZ is seeking a Strategy & Execution Lead to partner with the Head of Strategy and senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into a clear roadmap, operating model and portfolio of high-value initiatives.

You will synthesize complex information into clear, decision-ready material for the Executive, Board and delivery teams; work across strategy, data and analytics, technology and business transformation; roll up your sleeves and drive outcomes. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting experience, preferably from a Big Four or MBB-tier strategy consulting firm.
• High comfort with ambiguity and credibility to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills; able to work with large datasets and build models.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into a clear roadmap, operating model and portfolio of high‑value initiatives.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, decision‑ready material for Executives, Board and delivery teams.
• Collaborate across strategy, data/analytics, technology and business transformation and drive outcomes.
• Lead delivery teams when required and maintain accountability for results.
