Job summary

Tauranga City Council is seeking an experienced leadership professional to head the Engineering Services Team within the Transport Division. You will shape planning, delivery of major projects, and infrastructure programmes while guiding teams across council, consultants, developers and the community.

The role focuses on strategic direction, capability building, and delivering practical engineering advice aligned to city outcomes.

• Lead and develop a team of transport engineering professionals.
