Job summary

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a dynamic portfolio of specialist and business-critical roles, partnering with business leaders to understand capability needs and deliver high-quality hires in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in internal, in-house recruitment within large/complex organisations.
• Experience recruiting for specialist, business-critical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Proven ability to attract and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Demonstrated stakeholder partnering and influencing skills with hiring managers.
• Comfortable navigating governance frameworks and recruitment policies.
• Adaptable, pragmatic, solutions-focused with changing priorities.
