Job summary

Randstad seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to join its Enterprise Architecture team in New Zealand. The role centers on engaging with business stakeholders, shaping channels and integration roadmaps, and guiding cross-functional teams through governance and战略 decisions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large enterprises (Banking/Financial Services knowledge is highly regarded).
• Expert understanding of modern integration: REST, microservices, event-driven, SaaS, and API security (OAuth, OIDC).
• Nice to have: integration engineer/full-stack dev background, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), knowledge of BIAN and cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Leadership: Engage, influence, and negotiate with business stakeholders and vendors, guiding them through architecture designs, governance, and approvals.
• Strategic Design: Break down complex business needs and translate them into high-level solution designs, future-state architectures, and option assessments.
• Shape the Future: Evaluate and recommend solutions that align with strategic goals and target platforms.
• Embed Best Practice: Collaborate globally with Enterprise Architects to develop reusable patterns and embed best practices across the organization.
• Navigate Ambiguity: Provide clear technology leadership and deal confidently with evolving standards in a regulated landscape.
