Job summary

Westpac New Zealand Ltd in Auckland is seeking a Service Group Owner to lead the strategy and roadmap for a critical portfolio of service applications. You will partner with Service Owners, Squads, and Chapter Leads to ensure teams are supported to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

With deep technical expertise and a passion for developing people, you will champion best practices, enable agile ways of working at scale, and align technology with business priorities to drive meaningful value

Qualifications

Deep technical expertise across technology service domains and ability to drive Agile at scale.
Experience partnering with service owners, squads and chapter leads to deliver outcomes.
Desirable background in product or service management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Adaptability, resilience and a clear sense of purpose to deliver value.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and roadmap for the Service Group portfolio.
Foster collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement across teams.
Act as a trusted servant leader to enable teams to deliver meaningful customer value.
