Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree; Desirable: MBA.
• 10+ years of marketing or strategic commercial leadership experience in medical device/ophthalmology preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business projects across key product areas (e.g., PCIOLs, Unity portfolio).
• Own new product launch planning, timelines and cross-functional execution with country teams and regional partners.
• Collaborate with country marketing teams and International Marketing Group to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
• Drive market positioning, portfolio rationalization, and alignment of sales/marketing efforts.
