Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Auckland is seeking a Senior Advisor, Planning and Performance to support the National Public Health Service with planning, performance reporting, and insights that inform strategic decisions.

You will coordinate the development of executive reports, analyze complex data to deliver meaningful insights, and partner with stakeholders across NPHS to drive improvements in reporting processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning, performance, reporting, or business improvement within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation to support decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organised with a continuous improvement mindset.
