• Significant experience leading reporting, monitoring, or performance functions.
• Strong knowledge of machinery of government and public sector accountability.
• Experience using data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Proven success leading teams and developing people to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience designing and implementing performance frameworks and intervention logics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior managers, minister offices, treasury and the audit office.

• Lead the delivery of organisational reporting, monitoring, and performance processes across the Ministry.
• Lead non-financial performance estimates process.
• Develop the annual report and other external reporting requirements.
• Design and maintain performance frameworks, measures, guidance, and reporting standards.
• Provide high-quality analysis of organisational performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Enable evidence-based decision-making with meaningful data and insights.
• Build capability by promoting consistent performance management practices.
