We are seeking a Strategic People Partner that plays a central role in driving transformation. You will provide high impact, forward thinking Strategic HR support to Tier 3+ business leaders. As a trusted HR professional, you will champion culture, talent, change leadership and organisational development across our Customer and Growth and Finance functions.

This is a new role in a refreshed People Partnering Structure. Within this role, you will deliver people strategies that support business success and long-term workforce resilience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with business partners to drive and deliver strategic workforce priorities
• Lead organisational design, leadership capability and change readiness
• A key liaison for assigned Tier 3+ Leaders
• Engage and contribute to strategic capacity planning and succession management
• Contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise level People Strategy project
