Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders to shape people strategies that drive commercial performance and employee experience across the NZ region.

You will lead P&C support for Planit line of business, manage complex employee relations matters, and provide pragmatic, risk-based advice while ensuring compliance with NZ employment law. This role requires strong stakeholder management and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior leaders in professional services or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law and employment relations.
• Ability to balance risk, compliance and business needs.
• Experience with organizational change and workforce planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities
