Job summary

Rwr Construction is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational delivery function across construction, civil infrastructure, and asset maintenance. The role reports to the General Manager and sits on the Senior Leadership Team, collaborating with the Commercial Manager to manage projects from award through planning, mobilisation, delivery, and closeout.

Focus is on leading managers, driving operational performance, and ensuring people, resources, and systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading managers and operational teams.
• Strong P&L accountability and project financials.
• Solid knowledge of construction and civil/infrastructure delivery.
• Understanding of programming, planning and variations/claims.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery across construction and infrastructure workstreams.
• Lead direct reports across project delivery, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Manage P&L performance, productivity, cost control and forecasting.
• Oversee handover from pre-construction through closeout and invoicing.
