We’re looking for a Strategic National Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that grow our brands, attract new customers, and deliver measurable business results. This role sits at the heart of our leadership team, working closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing efforts with company goals, shape product and service offerings, and empower the sales team with the tools they need to succeed. You’ll lead cross-channel campaigns, manage promotional events, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects a consistent and compelling brand story.
You’ll bring experience in strategic marketing leadership, along with a strong track record across the full marketing mix—brand, product, campaigns, digital, and content. You know how to turn insights into strategy and strategy into action. You’re a long-term thinker, but you also know how to deliver.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Palmerston North.
