• Proven experience leading complex projects, programmes, or initiatives with planning, risk management, monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to provide strategic advice and translate complex information into clear insights.
• Strong procurement and contract management experience, ideally in international contexts.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor others and drive continuous improvement in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of complex projects and programmes with strategic advice, planning, monitoring and reporting.
• Champion best practice by mentoring and coaching, building team capability and continuous improvement.
• Provide procurement and contract management leadership ensuring compliance with government rules and risk management.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies and Pacific partners.
• Analyse complex information and develop high-quality advice and actionable recommendations for senior decision makers.
