Job summary

ACC's Accredited Employers Programme (AEP) team sits within Business Engagement and Partnerships in Customer Connection. As the AEP Programme Manager, you'll lead the management, delivery and continuous improvement of ACC's Accredited Employers Programme, responsible for programme performance, governance, risk and assurance, stakeholder relationships.

This fixed-term role until November 2027 can be based in Wellington (Justice Centre) or Auckland (Newmarket).

Qualifications

• Bring proven experience leading high-performing teams through change and continuous improvement.
• Have experience operating in a legislative, compliance, risk, assurance, or governance environment.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and can confidently influence across a range of internal and external groups.
• Use data, insights, and evidence to inform decision-making and drive programme performance.
• Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
• Communicate clearly, navigate complexity, and bring people together to achieve shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and performance of ACC's Accredited Employers Programme.
• Influence outcomes for employers, injured workers and ACC through programme leadership.
• Lead a high-performing team while driving programme improvement, assurance and stakeholder partnerships.
• Manage governance, risk and assurance, stakeholder relationships and ensure legislative requirements.
