Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP processes and negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, onboarding and relationships.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes to secure favourable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate sourcing risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and Ops to ensure compliant sourcing.
• Maintain accurate supplier and contract records.
