Te Whatu Ora is seeking an HR Advisor for Capital & Coast and Hutt Valley based at Wellington Regional Hospital. This permanent full-time role involves delivering People and Culture advice, supporting managers, and contributing to P&C projects and policy across the district.

You will work within the People and Culture team providing professional, collaborative HR services and change management support to achieve equitable and high-quality health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide People and Culture advice and service to HSS and directorates.
• Coach and advise managers and staff to build People and Culture capability.
• Contribute to People and Culture policy, practice and strategic priorities.
