Job summary

Deloitte NZ in Wellington is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with leaders and support the employee lifecycle, delivering practical, commercially aligned people solutions that boost performance.

Your day-to-day will include providing trusted HR advice on performance, engagement, talent, and employment relations, assisting design and implementation of people initiatives, and using data to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
• Tertiary qualification in HR, psychology, management, or related discipline.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted HR advice to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle, including performance, engagement, talent and employment relations.
• Support design, change management and implementation of business unit and firm-wide people initiatives aligned to Deloitte's people strategy.
• Use people data, insights and sound judgement to identify risks, opportunities and practical solutions.
