• Proven success in providing strategic and operational advice to senior leaders and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a significant portfolio of contracts within the Education Workforce Contracts Team.
• Design, negotiate, implement and manage contracts to support growth, retention and development of NZ's Education Workforce.
• Mentor others, improve frameworks and processes, and embed high-quality contract management across the team.
• Engage with senior leaders, contract owners, suppliers and stakeholders to strengthen commercial outcomes and manage risk.
