Apex Group is seeking a Compliance Officer in New Zealand to support the Compliance Manager and team across Wellington or Auckland. You will help ensure adherence to AML/CFT regulations, perform monitoring, and contribute to policy reviews and reporting.

You will work with Operations, Risk, and other areas to deliver timely compliance obligations and strengthen the compliance framework with ongoing enhancements.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ compliance experience in financial services (graduates considered).
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to provide practical compliance solutions and communicate clearly.

Mansioni

• Provide compliance support to the Compliance Manager and team.
• Monitor and assure compliance activities, including reporting and risk assessments.
• Coordinate policy reviews and provider oversight with stakeholders.
• Prepare statutory returns and advisory guidance on regulatory obligations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and advise management.
