Job summary

DairyNZ is seeking an Internal Change & Communications Lead to join the People & Capability team in Otago, NZ. The role focuses on guiding organisational change, strengthening employee engagement, and delivering engaging internal communications across the dairy sector.

You will partner with leaders and project teams to identify people impacts, develop practical change and communication plans, support adoption, and ensure staff are informed and connected to contribute to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, internal communications or People & Capability advisory roles.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change management plans, including impact assessments and adoption support.
• Plan, write and edit clear, engaging internal communications for staff.
• Provide coaching to leaders and project teams to support change delivery.
• Manage and improve internal communication channels and create leader toolkits.
