Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Category Manager AP Procurement – Secondary Packaging to lead category strategy and supplier partnerships across the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific cluster. You’ll drive strategic sourcing, negotiations and value delivery with cross‑functional teams.

Based in Auckland or North Sydney, the role involves regional travel across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or commercial category management.
• Experience developing and executing category strategies across geographies.
• Strong negotiating skills with high-volume contracts.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking; risk assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• University degree or professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the secondary packaging category strategy with cost savings.
• Lead supplier relationships and manage tenders and supply agreements.
• Identify cost reductions and supply optimisations across the AP cluster.
• Drive competitive sourcing while protecting quality and continuity.
• Forecast budgets and monitor costs and financial risks.
• Drive supplier innovation and sustainability initiatives.
