Job summary

NZAB, a leading agribusiness finance advisory firm in New Zealand, seeks a Client Director to onboard and manage high-value corporate-scale transactions. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, championing integrated financial strategies and resilient client partnerships.

Based in the Manawatu/Hawkes Bay regions, you will lead a relationship team, collaborate with directors, and deliver clear reports to stakeholders while driving continuous improvements in client management

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of banking/finance and relationship management experience.
• Affinity with agricultural sector and desire to improve outcomes.
• Strong client relationship management and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and ability to develop client management strategies.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for high-value clients, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with high-value clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for client management, aligning with client goals and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Associate Client Directors to tailor solutions and maximise client value.
• Lead and mentor a relationship team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Generate and present accurate and timely reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously seek ways to improve client management processes and enhance service delivery.
• Prioritise workload to ensure high standards and urgency.
• Support and develop a positive workplace culture.
• Manage business resources responsibly.
