The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is seeking an Advisor to join our Business Support team in Wellington. You will provide high-quality advice, undertake analysis, and support key pieces of work to deliver positive outcomes for New Zealanders across communities.

Working within established frameworks, you will collaborate across the organisation to identify practical solutions, monitor performance, and contribute to policy and operational improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience in social contracting, procurement, operational policy, system performance, issues management, or OIA and Ministerial services.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work through complex information and identify key insights.
• The ability to think critically and make sound recommendations.
• Experience interpreting policies, procedures, and guidance and applying them in a practical way.
