Job summary

Vulcan is seeking a hands-on Storeperson to support our Aluminium team in Invercargill. You will handle stock, assist with deliveries as you train for a Class 2 licence, and contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in stock picking and warehouse operations, be physically fit, and eager to learn within a supportive team culture. A Class 2 licence is an advantage and training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock picking, receiving, and warehouse work.
• Forklift licence or experience is an advantage; ability to work towards a Class 2 licence.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Receive stock and keep records up to date.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe.
• Help out wherever the team needs you.
• Work towards your Class 2 licence over time for deliveries.

Storeperson - Warehouse & Delivery Driver

We're looking for a driven, hands-on person to join our Aluminium team in Invercargill. You'll support our warehouse day-to-day and build your skills as you go.

No Class 2 licence? No problem. We'll help you get one down the track, so you can help with deliveries too.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Receive stock and keep records up to date
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
• Help out wherever the team needs you
• Work towards your Class 2 licence over time, so you can help with deliveries

What You'll Bring

• Experience with stock picking, receiving, and warehouse work
• Physically fit and able to do manual work
• Forklift licence or experience (an advantage)
• Full driver's licence – a Class 2 licence is an advantage, but not essential; we'll help you work towards it
• Basic computer skills
• Keen to learn and grow, with fresh ideas
• A team player who enjoys a great workplace culture
• Currently residing in NZ or holding a valid work visa
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen
