Aliaxis, at Marley site in Manurewa, NZ, seeks a Storeperson for permanent night shift (11:00pm–7:00am, Mon–Fri). You’ll handle inwards goods, dispatch, and daily warehouse duties in a safety‑driven environment, with overtime opportunities and hands‑on training.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Storeperson or in a similar warehousing role (RF scanning experience advantageous).
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or manufacturing environments.
• Physically fit and able to meet daily deadlines.
• Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety.
• High attention to detail with inventory and customer orders.
• Clear communication and teamwork ability.
• Flexible, proactive, reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing the flow of inwards goods and accurate delivery checks.
• Maintaining a strong Health & Safety culture and organized work areas.
• Maintaining high picking performance and inventory accuracy with daily stock counts.
• Keeping warehouse and yard areas clean and safe.
• Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Identifying H&S risks and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Storage and safekeeping of stock, assisting with general warehouse tasks.
• Ad hoc warehouse tasks to support site operations.

About The Role

This is a full‑time Storeperson opportunity based at our Marley site in Manurewa, where you’ll support inwards goods and dispatch activities and help keep the site running smoothly day to day. It’s a hands‑on role and an important part of our operation, focused on working efficiently, safely, and making sure everyone goes home safe, every day.

The role will suit someone who takes pride in their work, has worked in a warehouse environment driving a forklift, enjoys making a positive impact, and genuinely believes in continuous improvement while delivering consistently high-quality results.

The position operates on a permanent night shift, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 11:00pm to 7:00am every week. A uniform will be provided, and overtime opportunities are available.

What will you do?

• Managing the flow of inwards goods, ensuring accurate checks of incoming deliveries and MPI compliance
• Maintaining a strong Health & Safety culture by keeping work areas organised safe, and making sure stock stored correctly
• Maintain a high level of picking performance, supporting replenishment and inventory accuracy, including daily stock counts
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and yard
• Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Identify H&S risks, hazards and work closely with all concerned parties to create a safe work environment.
• Managing the storage and safekeeping of stock, handling materials, and supplying goods to the production lines Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties as required
• Completing adhoc warehouse tasks to support overall site operation

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Storeperson or in a similar warehousing role (RF scanning experience advantageous)
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or manufacturing environments
• Physically fit and comfortable working to daily deadlines
• Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
• High attention to detail, particularly with inventory and customer orders
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexible, proactive, reliable, and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Current forklift licence (essential)
