Stellar Recruitment Pty is seeking an experienced Storeperson for a busy building products business in Glenfield, Auckland, for a 4-week temporary assignment starting 19 October.

The role covers inwards/outwards goods, stock control, order picking, dispatch, and general warehousing. You'll need forklift experience, be physically fit, and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualificações

• Minimum warehouse/storeperson experience.
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound goods.
• Familiar with health & safety procedures and documentation.
• Forklift licence or experience is advantageous.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office and record-keeping.

We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join a busy building products business based in Glenfield for a 4-week temporary assignment commencing 19 October.

Working within a small team, you'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including Inwards and Outwards Goods, order picking, dispatch, stock control and general warehousing duties. This is a hands-on role involving regular heavy lifting, so physical fitness is essential.

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• $28-$29 per hour + 8% holiday pay

Key Responsibilities

• Inwards and Outwards Goods
• Receiving, checking and putting away stock
• Order picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock takes and inventory control
• General warehousing duties
• Working with building products and materials
• Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous Storeperson or Warehouse experience
• Strong experience across both Inwards and Outwards
• Exposure to building products or construction materials advantageous
• Counterbalance forklift licence and experience advantageous
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• MYOB experience a bonus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and team-focused
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
