What is the Role?

Are you a hands-on go-getter who loves being on the move and thrives in a team environment? This is your chance to play a vital role that keeps our store humming - from the shop floor to the back dock.

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Retail Store Person to become the behind-the-scenes hero of our retail team. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll support daily retail operations, help customers collect their orders with a smile, and keep things running smoothly in the back-of-store warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
  • Assisting customers with order collections - making it a seamless experience
  • Supporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
  • Accurately receipting of goods into our operating system
  • Assembly of furniture with pride and attention to detail
  • Responsible for contributing to and upholding all OH&S requirements
  • Maintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse
  • Collaboratively work as part of a team, use your initiative, problem solve and handle a fast paced environment
Qualifications and Skills

  • As we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes. Applicants must be physically capable of safely performing these tasks as part of their daily duties.
