We’re looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at St Lukes store. You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product – someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads with care, confidence, and energy.

What your day will look like:

  • Leading and managing the daily operations of your store

  • Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences

  • Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets

  • Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture

  • Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising

  • Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have retail leadership experience and a track record of results

  • Are passionate about developing others and building a strong team

  • Lead by example with a positive, proactive approach

  • Are confident managing performance, processes and priorities
