We’re looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at St Lukes store. You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment.

What your day will look like:
Leading and managing the daily operations of your store
Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences
Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets
Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture
Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising
Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have retail leadership experience and a track record of results
Are passionate about developing others and building a strong team
Lead by example with a positive, proactive approach
Are confident managing performance, processes and priorities
Take pride in delivering great service and high store standards

Are available to work 40 hours per week across a Tuesday to Saturday roster
