Animates Holdings NZ Ltd in Rangiora is seeking a store leader to head our pet care team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

You will coach a passionate team, drive sales, oversee store operations, merchandising and P&L, and build connections with the local community through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail store or leading a large retail team.

The Opportunity

This isyour opportunity to lead our successful Rangiorastore, guiding a team of passionate pet carespecialists while delivering strong commercial results. You’ll championexceptional customer experiences that reflect the care, knowledge and expertiseAnimates is known for.

Yourstore will also be a destination for local pet parents, creating strongcommunity connections through initiatives such as pet adoption events, in-storeactivities and fundraising that supports local pet charities.

This is a full-time position (40 hours perweek) working Tuesday to Saturday.
